Rafi's journey in the delivery business began three decades ago as a contractor in the Chicagoland area. In 2005, he seized the opportunity to lead delivery operations for the La-Z-Boy Franchisee in Chicago, marking the inception of Final Touch Delivery Service. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, the company expanded its reach significantly over the years. Driven by a profound desire to assist others and a knack for problem-solving, Rafi's leadership has propelled Final Touch Delivery Service to great heights. The company specializes in a range of delivery services, from final and middle mile logistics to warehousing solutions, earning accolades for its exceptional coast-to-coast operations.
With Final Touch Delivery Service built on the values of helping others and problem solving, Rafi champions a team that shares his commitment to excellence. With a focus on client satisfaction and overcoming challenges, together they tackle any exigency or goal with unwavering determination while fostering enduring relationships with clients, carriers and team members, some spanning more than 15 years.
Beyond business success, Rafi believes in giving back to the community, engaging in charitable initiatives annually. His proudest contributions include donations to underserved communities in Central America, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact beyond business endeavors.
Outside of work, Rafi indulges in his love for deep-sea fishing and the outdoors. Alongside hobbies like playing cards and collecting rare shoes, his greatest joy now comes from spending time with his first granddaughter, adding a new energy to his life outside of work.

James Rodriguez
Senior Vice President of Operations
As the Senior Vice President of Operations at Final Touch Delivery Service, James oversees delivery operations spanning 12 warehouse locations. James is responsible for budgeting, P&L performance, best practices, compliance and RFP development. With 8 years of dedicated service at FTDS, he plays a pivotal role in surpassing customer and consumer expectations daily.
James brings a wealth of experience in logistics and the final mile sector, having worked with renowned companies like Leaseway, 3PD, Home Delivery Link, and Cory Home Delivery. His expertise includes establishing multi-city delivery locations for top-tier clients such as Sears, Best Buy, Lowe’s, Macy’s, American Signature Furniture, and La-Z-Boy.
Passionate about cultivating FTDS as a brand synonymous with cost-effective execution and exceptional consumer outcomes, James fosters team development through mentorship. He champions a culture of growth, emphasizing fairness and respect at every level within the organization.
Luis Rivera
Director of Operations
Leading operational excellence across 7 hubs in California, Nevada, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and Florida, Luis is dedicated to driving team development and efficiency. His focus on SOP execution and exceeding customer KPI metrics showcases his commitment to delivering top-notch results.
With a rich background at Guiney Delivery Services, Affinity Logistics, and 3PD, Luis brings a wealth of experience in optimizing operations for renowned brands like Flexsteel, Thomasville, Walter E. Smithe, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Sears, and Macy’s. His expertise extends to transforming delivery teams, managing budgets, P&Ls, and RFP development.
Luis's philosophy revolves around the 4Ps - People, Pride, Performance, Profit. He believes that success stems from having the right people who take pride in their work, perform exceptionally, and ultimately drive profitability.
Gabriel Gonzalez
Southern Regional Account Executive
In his role as Southern Regional Account executive, Gabriel plays a pivotal role in managing operations across South Florida, Alabama, and Southern Illinois while also providing support to operations in North Carolina. His responsibilities encompass overseeing daily operational tasks such as workload planning, driver communication and training, consumer experience, and customer relationships.
With a background that spans distribution, logistics, and facilities management, Gabriel has diligently climbed the career ladder. His expertise shines through in supporting new store launches and his proactive approach to problem-solving, emphasizing efficiency through continuous improvement, strategic planning, and team building.
Cynthia Garcia
Western Regional Account Executive
Cynthia Garcia, our dedicated Western Regional Account Executive, leads delivery teams in the Chicago area hub, extending services to Wisconsin, Minnesota, Western Iowa, Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana, and Western Michigan while also providing support to Las Vegas, Reno and Salt Lake City Markets. Her role involves meticulous daily workload planning, driver training, effective communication, enhancing consumer experience, and nurturing customer relationships.
With a solid foundation starting at Final Touch Delivery Service 15 years ago, Cynthia's journey showcases her progression from a dispatcher to a manager and now excelling as an Regional Account Executive. Her unwavering loyalty to the company and her teams underscores her belief in the power of hard work and commitment.
Chris Lawler
Eastern Regional Account Executive
In his role as Eastern Regional Account Executive, Chris Lawler efficiently manages hub and crossdock operations across Ohio and Eastern Michigan, extending delivery services into Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and West Virginia. With a focus on both middle and final mile deliveries, Chris excels in workload planning and reverse logistics execution. He prioritizes driver training, effective communication, enhancing consumer experience, and nurturing customer relationships.
Boasting an impressive track record of over 18 years in final mile logistics, Chris has provided invaluable support to renowned companies like Lowe’s, Home Depot, GE, Value City Furniture, JC Penny, and Mayfair. His dedication to ensuring seamless final mile execution stems from his belief that his contributions directly impact the overall success of the company.
Nina Gonzalez
Director of Compliance
As Director of Compliance, Nina's key responsibilities center around maintaining brand consistency, ensuring adherence to Federal and State DOT regulations, and supervising company safety standards. She places a strong emphasis on prioritizing carrier, client, and customer safety by implementing and enforcing federal, state, and local safety and maintenance policies and procedures. Nina's dedication extends to upholding brand integrity through consistent uniform policy enforcement and conducting routine truck audits to ensure national fleet compliance with client and customer expectations.
In close collaboration with department leaders and field teams, Nina cultivates a culture of accountability and integrity within the organization. Her role includes managing risks and promoting operational excellence. By proactively overseeing compliance measures, she plays a vital role in protecting the company's brand reputation and fostering secure, sustainable business expansion.
